These people are so deceptive with…

These people are so deceptive with pricing. Thought I was signing up for a $238 two month plan. Only to be charged a month later for $149 body member fee and then realized I had also been charged some bs $29 fee at the beginning, days before the $238 charge showed up on my card. There are too many other less expensive options with companies that do not charge the hidden bogus fees. No one should have to pay over and above what you think you are signing up for. Response to Ro: I saw no differentiation between meds and assessment or follow up. Your reference to Ro Body Plan means nothing to me. No idea you all were charging everything separate. I received a receipt for a 2 month program $238 that said you will be charged xyz again in 2 months. I expected that. I did not expect a separatee fee for initial consult that you did not send a receipt for or I would have stopped you right at that moment. I did not expect an additional $149 a month charge. I have used another online Glp1 providers previously and no distinguishment between parts of a weight loss program. I had looked into others online and same thing. Weight loss program is a weight loss program with all components included...meds and support. You did not make that clear when I signed up or I would not have signed up with you at all. I could have gotten Glp 1 meds with support elsewhere for much less than your added components. Would have been about the same as your RX cost of $238, Very deceptive. If I could give a 0 rating I would. Your apology is worthless. You kept my money even after I called your customer service support and explained everything and canceled your program a month early. There are hundreds of BBB complaints against Ro for the exact same issue. You are using star power to suck people in under deceptive cost information.

I didn’t know about the double billing…
I didn’t know about the double billing - one for “membership” and another for the same amount for the actual medicine. I can’t afford this. I was led to believe it was $39.99 to try for 30 days and ended up paying $300. It was a terrible experience. And all I’m trying to do is lose weight.

Bait and Switch
They offer insurance checks, but want you to pay prior to finding out if you’re even eligible for insurance coverage. When you are not eligible for insurance, they tell you that you aren’t eligible for the cheaper med as well. Meaning you will have to pay for high priced meds out of pocket.

This company is completely DECEPTIVE
This company is completely DECEPTIVE. They have this great start up promotion, but HIDE, yes hide the fact that they additionally charge you $145 in addition to the $674 and $45, I am completely disgusted.They double billed for this service When I caught on to what they were doing I was already 3 months in and lost one (1) lb! Shameful bussiness practice.

Deceptive pricing structure
Deceptive pricing structure. It was not clear that the Ro Body membership is REQUIRED in order to receive the medication. They are sold separately and priced separately, but you cannot get one without the other. I paid for 12 months of the medication up front and expected the one time charge of $39 for the initial consultation to be the only additional charge. I just received notice of an additional transaction of $149 per month automatically charged to my credit card that is non-refundable.

I’ve done GLPs before and honestly this…
I’ve done GLPs before and honestly this was like water. I did the precribed dose the first week and tripled it the next week and saw no difference whatsoever. Spend your money elsewhere. There are a lot of options out there.
