I used Semaglutide through RO FOR 4 months. Gave up wine, began walking, used their support team multiple times and didn't lose a lb. My weight bounced 164-168. When I cancelled they suggested I change product. After literally spending hundreds of dollars, using their suggestions and support with no results, no thank you.

Deceptive Advertising
I don’t think the advertising is clear at all. When you see the price it doesn’t clearly tell the client the $150 a month is a SUBSCRIPTION and the medicine is an additional charge. In all reality you are paying $300 all in. A lot of med spas are cheaper than this and do not require any type of membership. I will 100% be cancelling this. While I want the help I am all about clear communication not deceptive advertising.

Hi there. We truly apologize for any confusion regarding our billing structure. The Body membership begins with a $39 fee for your initial consultation. If approved for GLP-1 medication, you then pay a recurring membership fee of $149/month for the Body Program subscription.
Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance.
We do also offer Prepay & Save options for both medication and the membership fee. We aim to offer transparent pricing, and this can all be found on our website here: ro.co/weight-loss/pricing
Please reach out to [email protected] for any additional assistance.

I tried to cancel the day after I…
I tried to cancel the day after I ordered, and before you sent the product. But you didn’t let me cancel until next month. I have not received the product, and you have charged my card. Not very good customer service.

Losing my CDL job because Ro unhelpful health care providers
I’ve been using Ro GLPs since February and everything was going great. But recently I have to renew my DOT medical card for my CDL, I went to do my DOT physical and told them I’m prescribed Zepbound and I they said I just need them to fill out a CMV DRIVER MEDICATION FORM just stating I’m prescribed Zepbound and that I have no side effects (which I check in every month with them and no, I have no side effects even with the higher doses). But the healthcare providers on Ro messaged me stating “they can’t help me, have a good day” now I’m at risk of losing my CDl because I can’t get a DOT medical card renewed. They have no way of calling their “Doctors” they just send you messages that take 1 to 3 days for them to respond and the thread closes out so you can’t write back to them. I’m screwed I’m about to lose my CDL job because these doctors I trusted won’t help me. Someone please give me advice. I’m pretty sure this isn’t right. Somehow this is illegal. These doctors are making their patients lose their jobs and there’s no real way of communicating with them. They just have some generic outsourced number to call which is not helpful at all.

Ads are so deceiving
Ads are so deceiving! Makes it look like you get Zepbound for $149 a month. This cost is like a “subscription” to Ro. The cost of the drug is a separate charge and much more than $149 a month. Do NOT use this platform!

I think Ro's AI Bot is in charge of Intakes
Ro's communication team is following a rote process. If you switch from another provider, in my case it was Ageless Men's Health, they will not even read or act on anything in the questionnaire, they just start you at the lowest dose of 0.25 mg/m/ even though I was JUST about to start on 1.0 mg/ml but since I had not yet gotten my first dose, I thought it was fine to continue at 0.75 mg/ml when i switched to Ro, hopefully to save a little money using at home Wegovy pens, But Ro started me at 0.25 mg/ml, even after I sent them pictures of the bottle I was on at 0.75 mg/ml and just started peppering the email with instruction on maintaining an exercise regimen, monitoring this and taking note of that, eating the right foods, etc. I said that I knew all of that, could they just READ where I left off and at least make an attempt at NOT going all the way down to a starting dosage? NOPE, this is how they do it presumably believing that its a revenue thing and not realizing it accomplishes the opposite when customers leave and go somewhere where a human actually reads the intake questionnaire.
