Your advertisement clearly stated $39 for the first month, not $149. It also stated that approval would depend on the provider’s evaluation and that if I was not approved or treatment did not proceed, I would receive a refund. After charging the initial $39, I was asked to select my medication preference so the provider would know my preference. Nothing on that screen stated that selecting a medication would automatically place an order or authorize a $299 charge. Without asking for my final consent or informing me that my selection would result in an immediate purchase, your company charged my account $299. There is a clear difference between asking for a patient’s medication preference and using that selection as authorization to place an order and charge their payment method. I never agreed to purchase a $299 medication or authorized that charge. This process was misleading.
