So far so good. The first part was great and I hoping the rest will be too

Fairly simple to join and easy to get meds. Still, way too expensive, so I signed up for multiple months for a little bit of a break. Hopefully by then, the prices will have dropped. Doctor was friendly!

Didn’t take long to work and lasted longer than expected! However, the taste is horrible!!

It was a very straight forward process

I wanted to try Fondayo for one month and thought I could get it for $39. Turns out that’s the membership fee and you have to pay another $149 to get the prescription. Customer service promptly refunded my money with no issues. I’ll try to get the medication through my primary care physician and Medicare instead. If that doesn'work I will give Ro another try as their customer service was great.

Just recieved my pills in the mail. Will begin tomorrow with the first pill. I appreciate keeping me updated on my perscription, tracking, etc. It came very fast. Also, it was very easy to get everything set up. I am excited to see how it helps me on my weight loss journey.

I’d like to be able to chat directly with someone. All I can find are FAQ with responses.
