The company is good until you go to cancel. I cancelled my medications, and they continued to bill me. I contacted them, and they said they can see that I cancelled the medications but not my membership. The only reason I have a membership is for the medication. They make you have it. I didn't know they were separate. They refused to refund me my money, so now I have a useless membership fo the next 3 months.

They did not read my intake paperwork. I have successfully taken semaglutide for 2 years and reached my goal, I wanted to reduce dosage to maintain results, they INCREASED it. The only reason i tried RO is because we moved and i could no longer use my compounding pharmacy. They are really sneaky about the monthly subscription fee that is added to the medication cost. Disappointed.

I was not aware that there was a monthly subscription fee and a medication fee as well. I thought it would just be $149 a month. I feel like this was “hidden” as I didn’t read it until after I signed up.

When I initially went through the process to sign up for Ro, it told me my first month of membership plus the sign-on fee would be free; however, after getting approval from their providers and actualy activating, they charged my card for the full amount + the sign-on fee.

They said i would get the pill within 3-4 days but Shipping has not started yet!!! It’s delayed!!

They make it extremely easy to sign. An hour later I discovered that the membership fee was the same as their medication fee. I missed that the first time in my reading, all I saw was the $39 they were going to be charging me the first month. When I read it again I saw that I had misread so I canceled immediately. They would not refund my $39 discounted membership fee even though they could not have done anything in the short period of time it took to realize. I just feel that it was dishonest of them.

What went wrong was the fact that I selected the $99 a month and pay the 297 upfront and when I got to the end, they are charging me 149 per month and I don’t know how to stop it

I was never aware that it was a subscription plus the the medication cost the ad did not say that so I was trap with a lie and payed two more than what the add offer #fake advertisement
