I would give them a zero if I could or…

I would give them a zero if I could or a negative five they hide the fact that even if you cancel within 10 minutes they still try to keep your money they only push the name brand tirzepitides which go up in price every time your prescription does costing you hundreds and thousands of dollars a year because they say you don't qualify for the compounded cheaper version and they're pushy sales reps text you Non-Stop even after you tell them to stop texting you it's disgusting and something needs done about them lawyers need to look into the filing a class action lawsuit against them for keeping people's money even though they got nothing from them and they hide the fact that they won't return your money until after you pay and then you see their websites full details because I looked and looked and I could not find it on there until after I paid and canceled within 10 minutes after they wanted to charge me over $300 for zepbound that I could have gone to my doctor for barely nothing except a $2 copay because it was covered by my insurance and not there hundred and some dollar membership fee every month they leave those little details out to people and they pray on women's body issues to make money yes the products work but the way they sell them is disgusting and they forget to tell people as soon as you stop taking it you gain all the weight back

This company is trash
This company is trash. I canceled. They locked me in and want to charge me for a membership for the remaining 3 weeks of this month. You're far better off going with a local company that you can go visit and get whatever you need. This company is garbage.

Well you shipping me the wrong dosage
Well you shipping me the wrong dosage. Spent 300 bucks on what I now have to do is inject double to get to my dosage. That way now I have to buy more. I told you I was already taking this but you still shipped the lowest dosage. Also 149.00 a MONTH MEMBERSHIP is redicculous

I ordered and canceled so swiftly because it kept making me go over the same questions over and over and over with no phone number to call somebody I just gave up

Deceptive advertising on social media. Denies claims despite screenshot. Won't honor deal offered. There are better companies out there that do the same thing, just do a Google search.

Pricing to get the attention of patients is very unfair . They make it sound like your 1st month is 39$ than proceed to charge you the real amount once you are approved for medication

Ro Body Program: Covers the cost of an initial provider review of your visit, consultation if you choose, a monthly weight-loss curriculum focused on treatment adherence, nutrition, and exercise, monthly check-ins with your Ro-affiliated provider, and 1:1 support from your Ro coach. 2. Medication fee: This varies depending on the medication you choose and your preferred payment method (insurance vs cash pay).
