I tried to. I’m subscribe by the moment I figure out it’s not gonna be the price they advertise is no way to get communicate with these people and also they keep my subscription money. Very bad customer service.

If approved for GLP-1 medication, you then pay a recurring membership fee of $149/month for the Body Program subscription. Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance. We do also offer Prepay & Save options for both medication and the membership. I feel the advertising is extremely deceptive. The $39 first month is for the membership only. Membership thereafter is $149. That is BEFORE any drugs. So, you will be paying at the very least, twice what you thought per month. I unfortunately bought the first month plus the drug, but will be unsubscribing immediately after. Truth in advertising would be nice before people are blindsided. Also, the price rises with doses. They forgot to mention that until too late also.

I can’t seem to talk to anyone there. Signing up was a hassle as I went through the process only to find that it didn’t hold so I had to do it all over again. I also thought my first month was the $39 special and was billed that amount. However, the next day I was billed again, this time for the regular rate of $149. I send a message asking why and a little later received a message saying that the issue was resolved with no explanation when it wasn’t resolved.

Ro was very deceptive about their pricing and was double what they advertised. Took for 6 months and never lost a pound. I asked to talk to someone every month and was told to use online system. Would not recommend at all. Currently on another program and have no food noise and am losing weight. Poor customer service!!!!
