It was confusing to sign up. I was switching from another company. I wanted to get the 1 year discount and the other company didn't make it clear if they were going to ship me 12 months at once. Ro made it clear they would ship it monthly. They also made me pay before it was clear they were going to send me what I was getting from the old company. I still am not clear if I have my first month coming for $59 and then 12 months after that for $91 payed up front. To be clear the old company was confusing also to sign up for. I have not received my medication yet. I am glad I was able to get the discount pay 1 year up front and get the medication shipped monthly.

I thought my clinician was wonderful, I only felt rushed as I knew the initial appointments were scheduled in 5 minute increments. And although she didn’t rush me, I did hear an alarm go off at the 5 minute mark which made me feel as if my time was up. Definitely would’ve loved a little more time to chat about such a big decision. Either way, I’m moving forward and hope to have another chance to ask any questions that may come up when the medication comes

A little misleading on the payments and photo uploading. Far as payments, if I paid for the promotion which came with a discount I would assume that was for my first month shipment as said online, but now it’s asking me for the full $149 in order to receive my product.

Is there a phone number that I can use to call somebody? I made a mistake I do have an insurance card.
