We found RO Pharmacy through GoodRX, website was great, easy to maneuver and found what we were looking for easily. We called about switching from our local pharmacy and their representative was very helpful on the phone. Took care of calling the doctor and set everything up. We are definitely going to use RO Pharmacy in the future for non-emergency medications. We have already referred family and friends to check them out. You’re a life saver!

My prescriptions were so much cheaper than at the local pharmacy! I was shocked! No insurance information needed. Their website is easy to use, it’s easy to communicate with RO pharmacy via text or phone, and they get back to you quickly! My meds came quickly too! I’ve recommended this pharmacy to a lot of people already!

I found Ro through GoodRx. My part D insurance started charging me through CVS Caremark differently this year. In the past I received discounted or free drugs, the small part of which I paid would go to my deductible. Now they are charging full price until my deductible is satisfied which means that my Losartan was free however for three months it would now cost me $67.50 while I could get it from you at about $19 for six months. I’m about to do the same thing for another script. So, your company was a good find and extremely easy to deal with. My experience with the website was fine, after your tech’s got my zip code entered into the database so I could register. It told me that my zip code did not exist in AZ which is a surprise to me since I live here. The staff was great. The script was back ordered when they tried to fill it. They communicated with me promptly and gave me alternatives but I decided to wait since I still had plenty of pills. Once it was ready they communicated with me and I received it the next day. Imagine being able to reach out to pharmacy staff and actually being able to speak or text with them. Will wonders never cease! Maddy is who kept me informed. She was great. I spoke personally with another individual when I couldn’t register but I do not remember her name but she was great as well. I really don’t have any suggestions because I couldn’t ask for more. I have even made a recommendation to a friend of mine that she look into your pharmacy.

I found Ropharmcy on Facebook. I goggled them. When I put Goodrx in that was one of the pharmacies that popped up. I retired Feb 9 I lost my insurance that day. I needed to do something fast I was running low on my medicines. So I tried Ropharmcy. The prices was amazing. I got my medicine in time. I think the tracking could be better.B

We are very pleased with your pharmacy! My husband's doctor let us know about your organization, when we were expressing distress at the cost of his much-needed medication. Your prices are MUCH better than any other pharmacy I've checked (and I checked MANY), and your pharmacist was very helpful in giving us information on dosing and administration. Your website is easy to navigate. We will most certainly continue to get his medications from you, and I plan to ask my doctor to send my prescriptions to you as well. The one hiccup was in delivery date, two days later than expected -- not your fault, I'm sure, given the troubles with shipping that everyone is experiencing. We'll be sure new orders are sent in plenty of time next time. THANK YOU!
