An excellent service — the kind of experience that makes you wonder why more or even most health care isn’t done online. Ro has obviously thought through customer service, and it shows. My wife and I have used Ro for several years and for four or five different conditions and products. Doctors are there when you need them. Medications arrive when promised. The whole service is affordable and reliable.

Ro makes healthcare super easy! I get my skincare, hair loss, and sexual health products from Ro. I can message a doctor whenever I want, press a few buttons and get medication shipped to my door, and the app is super easy to navigate. Healthcare is complicated so sometimes there are bumps (back and forth with my insurance company) but it’s 10x less complicated with Ro. I referred my friend and he’s lost over 30lbs on their Body Program.

Very easy to work with Roman - customer service absolutely wonderful and overall = web experience one of the best. Doctors provide great advice and assist with treatment. Several options are also provided in which to move forward
