It's ok that my insurance doesn't cover this, BUT, it IS covered under HSA's and FSA's, yet RO can't get the billing or invoicing correct so my FSA credit card won't work, AND THE FSA WON'T REIMBURSE ME BECAUSE THE INVOICES DON'T INCLUDE THE DOCTOR INFORMATION OR MEDICATION NAME!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Went to my local doctor and pharmacy and my FSA card worked just fine. RO IS A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!!

I recieved the first month free after…
I recieved the first month free after completing all steps and then my credit card was attempted to be charged the full monthly amount. After I have followed a link for the free monthly promotion. That’s the only reason I decided to give it a try. False advertising

Deceptive Charges, No Customer Support
Besides the fact that I was charged $199 for one month when I selected a $169 for two months option. There is literally no way you can get ahold of a person through chat or by phone to discuss any discrepancies. You also get charges a membership fee which is separate from the medication cost. It's all very deceptive and a gross way to conduct business. I thought since Serena Williams endorsed this product it had to be a pretty decent company, and I was wrong

Dishonest advertising they don't tell you about the 149 dollar membership customer service is nonexistent it actually costs 300 a month for non insurance patrons try good rx no hidden fees cheaper than ro by110 dollars a month ro is a Dishonest company if they are Dishonest once they'll keep doing it

Do not get scammed! Advertisement is Misleading. Ro is not transparent with their pricing.
Do your diligent research on Ro.

They get you at low price of $39 a month
That’s only for the first month. And, I don’t even know what that’s for now. I thought it was a one time membership fee - surprise!
It’s $149 a month - just for the membership.
The Semaglutide then costs $238 for two months. So that comes out to $119 for Semaglutide and $149 monthly membership totalling to $268 a month. And this is a compound we are talking about.
I didn’t quite understand the membership fee and the cost of product. I was an idiot in changing the $149 a month to a 6 month term at $534 ($89 a month).
Then on my third month I got charged $338 - now it’s gone up $50 a month. So monthly between membership fee of $89 + $169 for Semaglutide - total $258 a month.
In 6 weeks I only lost 6lbs.
After asking for a refund. They have refused to reimburse the $534. They are reimbursing the $338, because the Semaglutide was never shipped. I even agreed to pay $149 membership fee subtracted from the $534 for July. The best they can do is give me a $75 credit.
People do your homework - do not get scammed.
They totally get you with advertising celebrities. These celebrities are multi millionaires. And, they probably got the product for free and got paid for the advertisement. In today’s economy we can’t afford these exorbitant prices.
You can go to your local compound pharmacy with an RX from your PCP and get the same exact compounded Semaglutide for about $150 a month without the membership fee. Which is what I should have done.

If approved for treatment, the Ro Body membership and medication are billed separately, with the membership providing ongoing access to licensed providers, prescription management, care team messaging, and additional support throughout treatment. While weight loss varies from person to person, we understand it can be discouraging when your progress doesn't meet your expectations. I canceled my membership on 7/17 just…
I canceled my membership on 7/17 just as my membership for the body membership fee ($149) was coming out of my account for August. All medication was already paid for. So, since it was mid July I've been asking asking for a refund for the month of August that I will not be receiving. I have gotten nothing but the runaround since. They keep saying they don't refund for services. I just keep saying "What services? How am I getting services for August when I'ce already canceled everything mid July". I've emailed with a manager who says the same thing. They just keep repeating themselves and gaslighting me. I'm livid! Do not use Ro, they will rip you off. Oh, and the body memership is little more than a few automated questions via their app and if you have a question it's answered by a PA.

I was told my first month would be severely discounted. I can’t remember the amount but it was less than $100. I paid $299

The Body membership begins with a $39 fee for your initial consultation. If approved for GLP-1 medication, you then pay a recurring membership fee of $149/month for the Body Program subscription.
Medication costs are separate and will depend on if you use your personal insurance.
