The interactions I have had with ro to date have been thorough and relatively quick. Also, RO provides a great deal of information for researching the advantages and potential side effects of any potential treatments. Highly recommended!

I'm really thrilled with Ro. The user experience of the website, stepping through the process, the way they do notifications, Q&A, messages, everything is done like...exactly right. No nag windows, irrelevant popups that masturbate in your face, or impossible test questions that are worded poorly, etc. Everything you see is relevant and intuitive. The at-home Kit is fantastic and stupid-proof. Super cool. Shipping is also a breeze. Every aspect of my experience so far has been perfect. I don't mean to swoon, but I am really impressed. We currently live in a world where every digital experience seems intentionally hostile to users because its being managed by swarms of idiot MBAs that don't know a damn thing. Like, seriously, how often do you find yourself opening a website or app, knowing full well in your mind what you are going to do once it loads, and once it does load you are about to click/tap according to your plan but noooo....it interrupts you with a pop-up that you have to dismiss because it's treating you like a moron, or a first time user, or doing the worst of all - marketing to you when you're already there. Aren't you tired of that crap? It's the mindset of the people that create that kind of garbage that sticks out to me. Well...Ro isn't in that boat at all. Hopefully it stays that way. Heck, they don't even solicit you for a review until way later, unlike some companies I could mention like FirstKey Homes (screw that company).
