I thought the initial test to see if I qualified was very well done and the support has been amazing. I have stopped craving food and lost 6lb over the last three weeks. I have has a slight burning sensation on my arm but the Ro nurses were there to help. Highly recommend.

I recently misplaced my prescription and contacted Ro by email. I found the vial in the next hour and once again contacted Ro. Their people were so sweet and helpful. They answered my email saying they were glad I found the misplaced vial. I have no doubt they would have assisted me with an expedited prescription.
