I feel it's a good company because RO is very thorough.

Watch out because when you select what you want and put in all your information They say they are going to review to see if you qualify and there is no verification next thing you know your card is billed and they tell you they are working on it so if you are undecided don’t put in your information But other than that was very satisfied how easy and quick it was

Try to figure out the needle position.

I signed up for ro for 6 months of medication at a discounted price. I was charged $39 for the initial evaluation. I did not understand that the charge was for membership, not including the medication, or I would’ve never initially signed up. I only discovered this when I received an email asking me to choose a medication. I canceled my membership and it said I had to pay the 6 month membership fee of $534. This is ridiculous. I’m about to retire and cannot afford this charge. I feel the company misrepresented their services. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down for this deceitful practice. Shame on them for taking advantage of people. I never ordered meds because I realize there was an additional charge. Buyer beware! Reported to BBB Updated that afternoon: after writing this, I received an email stating I would get a full refund on all charges. I’m very grateful for their promptness; however, they need to make their cost and charges more clear, so 4 stars. I believe they are trustworthy enough, but just be careful before you sign up.

Quick and easy!

Everything went well. However, I was not sent notification that my medication had been sent so that I could look for it. No knock on door or doorbell ring or text when it arrived. I have no idea how long it sat on my front porch in the Texas heat. I found it this morning at 7am.

I did not realize that you had to pay for the body membership as well as the glp1. Too expensive for me

I have some trust in this company. I just don't understand why the price goes up so high with the higher dosage. I am diabetic and cannot use my insurance. When other companies are selling lower. Are they not prescribing the same thing? I went here because of that trust.
