I didn’t get the opportunity to share the dosage of Semaglutide I was on prior to make sure what RO prescribes is equal or equivalent to What I was already taking.

I asked for 30 pills for $69 the same as my sister Suzanne Bluestein had instead I was charged 299 and no one responded to my inquiries about this. I also believe you charged me twice for two different orders and two different prices again no one got back to me.

This company is a complete scam. They charge you for a completely useless membership for $150, and then also $150 for the medication. This is deceptive on purpose. That way it looks like you’re paying $150 only for the medication. They even separate the two payments so you don’t see them at the same time. The first one they charge you is for the medication, which at the starting dose is 150, and then they charge you $150 per month for membership. That way, you’ll think, oh, this is the medicine again, but wait, it’s 15 days early. I never explicitly signed up for anything other than the medication and was very careful when I signed up. They have no way of talking to a real person or any live support, and won’t get back to you for two or three days, which it specifically states on their website. So what you will end up with is $150 of medication that you’ve now paid $300 for. You’ll have to then cancel everything, otherwise, you’ll continue to get charged $300 a month for $150 of prescriptions. for the same products. I never saw or spoke to any real person or doctor during the whole process, and they sent me medication without anybody reviewing things with me. And, I have very special circumstances, including a recent bypass surgery, so I would’ve expected at least some consultation or a phone call or even a text from a real doctor. So since they have no real support, what if you really did have a reaction or a problem? You couldn’t actually talk to anybody. But, helpfully, they do have an AI. Who, of course, as you guess, is no help at all.

Ordered eyelash medication due to thin and almost non existent eye lashes. The medication worked fine. Not bad, not great. My eyelashes did grow. I ultimately decided I didn't want to continue with it. I went on my account and cancelled the next shipment. Well, 3 days ago I get an email, they charged my credit card and we're sending the medicine! They charged me 130 dollars for a medication I cancelled!! There was not an email the day before to let me know they were going to charge my card and send the medicine I could of at least attempted to stop the shipment if they did. But no, just charged me and sent it, even after I cancelled 3 months ago! I will never use this company again or give a positive review.

Horrible customer service...this might be great for some people but made me terribly sick......no support and they sent me another months worth and said "Sorry no refund..but we'll give you 50.00 to continue" NO!!!!! so now I'm out 149.00 and have a bunch of drugs I can't use! No Dr review after the first batch to see if I had a reaction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HORRIBLE!

Worse customer service that I have ever experienced! Completely inept and as disorganized an operation that I have ever seen, with round and round non stop emails with no resolution in sight! Just Google RO reviews to see just how many problems there are with these people. Shameful and a complete waste of time and money! Get your script from any place BUT NOT with RO…you’ll thank me later!

The AD i seen was false adverisement! Nowhere in the ad did it say “medication sold separately”. You show a picture of the Zepbound pen at $39 and $149 after yet once they take your money they then try to charge you $299 for the shots. Also they dont tell you its non refundable until you want a refund. If you’re not going to do what your AD says then don’t pay to blast your FALSE ADVERTISING! Scam! It’s cheaper to go through your doctor!

Ro.Co is one of the worst companies I've ever bought a product from. They have predatory price increases, their ads are incredibly deceptive, and they don't have a call in number so you can't get a refund. They advertise GLP 1s for $69, but in reality its $150/month for the medicine, + a $150 "membership fee".
