First month was great. This month has been hell, I'm on a monthly income and I done my refill but kept trying to process before my check came in, when it came in tried to get in touch to tell them to process prescription was told to put my debit card info in for $5 and it would be reimbursed, wrong, was charged $70 for pro.just answer, then I was charged $149 for membership fee which it thought was $39 and thought it was for my prescription so after spending $210 I can't afford the $199 prescription, I want to cancel my membership and I want us Ro again not sure I would recommend it, I am upset

There are many reasons for the 1 star review. You don’t get to see pricing until after you sign up for the service. There was no mention of insurance through the entire process. I kept thinking they will ask for insurance information but never did. I was asked for what medication i wanted and i selected the medicine. Then i get an email saying since i selected cash option, i was never given a choice, my prescription was being processed but it wasn’t the medication i had researched and selected. It was the same class but different. I replied to that email asking to move my prescription to the medication i had asked for and i also replied to my advisor guy. Neither of which has made any difference as my different medication is being shipped. So they don’t respond to messaging nor email and there is no phone number. Really disappointed

Never. They go into your checking account without consent. I call that stealing

You stated that a new patient price for the first month was $39.00 that is whats advertised. Then you get billed AFTER the first month 299$.00 and thats for the next 3 months. You billed me the 39$ immediately then 2 days later billed me the 299.00$ before I've even received any product! Absolute dishonesty toward the consumer

The screenshot I attached clearly states: Monthly membership: $149 First month promo: -$110 Insurance checker credit: -$39 First month total: $0 It also says, “You won’t be charged until you’re approved and pick a medication.” There was no indication that I would immediately be charged $149 for medication despite the page showing my first month total as $0. Please review my screenshot and explain why I was charged $149 when your checkout page states my first month’s total is $0. If this was an error, please issue a refund immediately. If the charge is correct, please explain where your advertisement disclosed that the $149 medication charge would still apply despite the first month showing as free.

RO website is misleading. They make you think you are ordering the weight loss product and trick you into signing up for a expensive "membership". Any fees paid are non- refundable. A real scam. Would not recommend. Buyer beware!!!

Ro is a rip off. I wanted to lose weight using the Wegovy pen. They make it relatively easy to get the pen and the payment plan was very high but reaso able for expected results. $199/month for 2 mo ths then $399/month until I quit. So, I thought. One month in and u expected on a Sunday afternoon, I get a charge of $877 on my debit card by Ro. I sign i to Ro and now, It appears they have edited my service plan to include one year of service for $877 PLUS the cost of the drug. AND now, there is no way to quit. I tried to cancel and Ro says my cancelation begins the day after today in 2027. No refunds. I tried to contact their customer service and it is near impossible. Absolutely no phone number. No email. Only a hidden contact us note. I wish I knew about this ahead so I could pick something a little more transparent, honorable and reasonably priced.

Awful company. Pricing is not clear. I paid the $39 for the first month and was told over and over that this price is all I’ll pay for first month meds. After LITERALLY 5 minutes of paying $39, without warning, they took an additional $299.00 out of my checking. I was never even told that I was approved. (Which I should also mention, my primary doctor called a tirzepatide rx in for me so I didn’t need to pay money for a computer to approve this medication) I was never asked if they could take an additional $299.00 for the actual medication….NOTHING! After you pay the $39 and the $299 for the first month…THATS WHEN YOU ARE INFORMED THAT the medication goes up to $599 a month AND an additional $149 every month to stay in the program. It’s RIDICULOUS. DONT go with this company. The manufacturer Eli-lily is WAY CHEAPER and doesn’t charge you $149 a month for a ripoff “program!” It’s also important to note that they NOT refund any money they took. Under no circumstances will they make an exception. Once your banking info is in…they have free rein of you money. And it’s extremely difficult to cancel your membership. I tried for about 10 min to cancel mine before they took more money out….they make it so their website takes you in dead end circles so you CANT cancel. You can’t click on a simple “cancel my membership button!” It’s awful.
