I started with Ro in November 2024. My experience with them has been very smooth. They checked with my insurance in a timely manner and I was able to get Zepbound pens from my local pharmacy for $25 per month. Ro charges a monthly fee for their service, $145. I look at this amount as a co-pay for monitoring my level of medication, prescribing my next dose and answering any questions or concerns that I have. Anyone that believes the monthly fee covers the medication, is unable or unwilling to read. I have asked medical questions and have been responded to in less than 24 hours. That's faster than my personal doctor's office. I have been very pleased with their services and would recommend them for weight management medication.
