Very easy straightforward, ordered and processed the same day

Very informative and accommodating from the beginning. Price is a little pricey, but My insurance doesn't pay for weight loss medication now. Wish it was a bit more affordable.

I've had an amazing experience with Ro and I was hesitant after having a terrible experience with another company prior. I put my information in Ro after dinner one day and had my medicine the next evening. Ro was upfront it could take a week or more so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly everything moved. I went through my insurance and Ro was also upfront authorization could take even more time but luckily it moved very quickly. So far I'm very pleased and would recommend if you're not sure what company to go with.
