Getting the order was easy, and someone talked to me about my condition concerning the order. But I only wanted one order – to test something, and am having trouble canceling. The website seems designed to not let me contact them, cancel, or in any way change my account. On those pages, the browser blinks and the page jumps around, unresponsive. It's like getting into a relationship that the other person won't let you out of. Update: customer response can take days, and Ro is upfront about this. I sent an email when I got the shipping notice, still the package was mailed. I was given a full refund though in a couple days, so while their website was anxiety-producing, customer service came through. Bonus, they seem genuinly concerned about customer experience, so hopefully my glitch gets corrected.

I love the product. Hate the shipping. UPS Mail Innovations turns the package over to the USPS, and God only knows when THEY will deliver it. By the time I get this shipment, it may be time for the next one to be shipped.

I had been using injections after a bad outcome from attempted penile surgery. The urologist did not recommend a second attempt at surgical intervention.
