Was honest,quick and to the point. Just got my 2nd order.

There was a little hiccup in the beginning with login issues but it eventually was resolved. Everything else has been easy, helpful and encouraging once I was in my account and communicating with the providers.

I really feel scamed also. I have paid for the medication and the status shows "HELD". I need to know why ASAP!! Update- The status is now showing "shipped". Hopefully I get it. Will update when I do! Update- Received my med today, hopefully it works.

The process was very simple to go through online. I felt confident because I really feel there is a real doctor involved in this process as well. I also feel good about being able to get a reliable product from a reliable manufacturer. My only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is because when I asked them to look to see if my insurance covered it, it has now taken them two weeks to get back to me. I called my insurance directly myself, and they told me it didn’t cover it, but RO still hasn’t gotten back to me. And I really don’t understand the body program and why we have to pay $149 a month. I don’t really understand the benefit. They say that it is for support, but I really haven’t gotten any support.
