Easy to navigate the process. Wanted to get on Zepbound specifically. After the provider reviewed my health info the Rx was issued and I had my Zepbound vials within a week. I hear negativity from people about cost of meds. This is totally on the Pharmaceutical company, and not Ro's fault. It is a tool that has helped 100%. Food noise gone. Losing 1-3 lbs a week. Im fortunate I can afford the cost of the meds. Worth every penny. Minus 1 star for slow-ish response from support team.

My experience has been great. I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the long wait for a response after sending a message. I’ve tried other companies and Ro is the only one that was able to get me approved through insurance. I do like the step by step guide and the tracking. I would highly recommend.

Fast, efficient and easy.

First time using this service. To start it was easier than I thought it would be. I was skeptical about them using my insurance, afterall isnt that how they make money? Well I was pleasantly surprised! They did all the paper work kept me informed along the way and when I got notice my insurance approved it things were on a roll…or so I thought. My only issue was I was notified the script was sent to my pharmacy but it had not been it took daily notification for 6 days until someone answered me and resent the script. That was the only hiccup so far! I also wish they had a phone number to contact someone and please when they do please dont outsource the calls!! Thank you Ro for your help in this journey!

Not sure why the folks re getting after ro for their insurance issues. I went through Cigna with my primary for both wegovy and rybelsus only to find that Cigna says weight loss drugs are" not in the formulary" . This was after two appeals of two drugs, so almost 8 weeks of back and forth. I decided to try to, told them I'm not using insurance went through the process and paid $94 for my first month with a deal expecting to pay $196-249 for the second. If it works I'll happily do it. Took my first dose today. I'll let you know what happens
