I started with ro.co in June weighing 193 lbs. Their care team worked fast to complete my assessment and answered all my concerns. (I am a 44 year old female with an office job by the way). My order showed up in days. Their site is user friendly and I was able to log my progress. There were two separate months that I could not afford it and stopping service was as easy as starting it. No fight at all. It is now March and I weigh 148 lbs. Super happy with the product, results, care team, and customer service. It is a bit pricey but I used my medical HSA card to pay for it. Worth every penny! 10/10 recommend.
