I was actually very upset because I ordered the test kit to see if I qualified and discovered that the program had a membership fee in addition to the glp1 shots. This put the cost out of my budget to afford to go through with it. I felt like I just threw away the $70 for the kit. I asked for a refund but was prepared to be told it was my fault I did not realize the cost. That was not how it went at all. Without arguing or blaming me, they sent an apology about the misunderstanding and refunded my money. This was a pleasant surprise and great customer service. I might not be able to afford it right now, but I would recommend them to others based on how they treated me. If I get to a point I can afford it, I would definitely consider using Ro. Thank you.

Everything was excellent up to actual delivery. Somewhat delayed but not an issue at all.

So far, I've used Ro for two products. The first I 6 to 9 months and saw no improvement. Disappointing, but the service was fine and I got the autoshipments in a timely manner. I started a different prescription medication. It works as advertised and has shipped well. I am very happy with this one. The prescribing physician has been reachable and informative. Loved that. I wish the first supplement had worked, but not everything does. Will keep using Ro for the second and may consider other products in the future.

The company seems geared to helping individuals attain improvements in their performance. I was skeptical to try an online approach but, it turned out to be quite helpful. The response to my questions were prompt and direct and always made sense. I learned something about myself and believe I have found comfort in knowing I can enhance my performance a bit as needed.

Good product but takers longer to kick in then advertised….expensive than other solutions with similar products.

UPDATE: Ro was able to reach out to me and did answer all my questions. They were very responsive and I have changed my rating accordingly. It would still be nice to speak to a live person but I am happy that my problems were resolved. Ro is so busy that you can't speak to a live person. They spoke to my insurance company and got approval but still tried to charge me the full amount. You pay $145 a month for their service in addition to the prescription. It is very difficult to get answers to your questions. I'm giving them one more chance to get it right then I'm going elsewhere.

I had a unique problem. The excellent people at Ro quickly solved and corrected it without question.I find that to be the description of a superior company in many respects!
