Fast and east access to weight loss med. I was approved within a day and it was shipped and delivered 4 or 5 days later. The app is super easy to navigate and the doctors and customer service get back with you pretty quickly if you have any questions or concerns!

Their process is flawless! I get check ins on a timely basis. Maybe a little slow but still within the SLA of up to 3 days. Very clear instructions. I found the medicine worked right away especially as I titrated up from 2.5 to 10.

As the product did not work for my underlying issues, the response to the issue and cancelation of auto shipments were handled professionally and with courtesy. Thank you to the care team for quickly handling the situation, it made me rest easy know they were prompt and professional, and most all of, courteous and caring .
