Quick service and no problems with getting my order

Ro has been amazing! I previously used a compounding service before I tried Ro and had a bad experience. Ro helped me get insurance approved for Zepbound, and it has worked so much better! I needed knee surgery but could not get it until I lost 40 lbs… I was able to get surgery and then resumed my Zepbound. I’ve continued to lose and getting closer and closer to “normal” weight!!! So grateful I found Ro!

I don't enjoy email chatting. You made it very easy to cope with and were willing to resolve the problem quickly. I really appreciate the great customer service you have. I feel like causing a problem, just so I can be treated nicely and feel like more than just a customer. You're doing a great job,keep it up.

The process was quick but thorough. My medicine got shipped the same day. The price is good if you don't have insurance. The staff are nice, caring and professional.

I was hesitant to try RO but I’m so glad that I did. It has made a HUGE difference in my life. The medication is incredibly effective and worked within an hour and lasted til, let’s just say they were overly satisfied.
