*This initial experience was indeed suboptimal. To be fair, the product has arrived, the pace and quality of communication has improved (from my end as well I am sure...), and I have kept my subscription. I would put 1 star but it would limit the number of folks who would actually read this. Truly just a cautionary tale. I signed up, was charged…a month later was notified I need to fill out the necessary questions for refill…but still (even as of today!) received anything…nothing, zero, zilch, nada… and they do not process refunds! So I suppose if I weigh the money they stole I am lighter! Maybe that’s their metric for success. There are other options. I encourage you to explore them. ro is, in my experience, a scam.

Works, but takes longer than advertised. The erection is ok but not great. I do like that it seems to stay in the system for a little while.

Process is efficient and turnaround for response is great.

Within an hour I was in contact with a dr. The company is very thorough with my medical history. Within a few hours I was approved. What I loved the most is the monthly plans means monthly plans no lump sum all at once! I look forward to my weight loss journey!

So far so good. I have t received my treatment yet I got an update say it would be in my mail in the next couple of days due to the holidays. The only request of change I would like is to have the injection pen instead of the vital.

I will start my journey Jan. 1, 2026. I'm excited.
