Advertised your first month is $39 server al times, you fill out the long questionnaire for a provider to approve medications within minutes and then charge you immediately again $150. Just like every other service there’s a hidden agenda and what you think you’re paying for isn’t called a fee but it may as well be.

The ad stated the first month would be $39. However, after you go through everything, they say the amount is really the cost of adding you to their system. Then you find a $149.90 charge on your credit card. So I canceled the order. If your ad says $39.90 for the first month, that is what it should be. It is clearly a misdirection of their honesty.

Be careful signing up for RO, it seems cost effective but there is a membership fee that is non refundable and RO don't make it clear. When you come to choose your GLP-1 the original price is for all the weak doses that don't do anything and RO makes you pay more for even average doses of 7.5 for the pens. Its about $400 for that not $149. Its all clever marketing that is borderline to me. I have cancelled the subscription but of course its not refundable and its all AI so no humans around to talk to. Stay away for the second time. I got a response from RO explaining their view of the pricing and implying that it was clear. I would just say RO marketing knows exacxtly what they are doing by hooking in potential customers for GLP-1's with unrealistic deals and then escalating the pricing. The business model would be a lot more effective if RO would just tell the customer the price upfront. Instead you are lured into an extra cost of $39 for RO membership that they wont cancel knowing full well that you wont buy the GLP-1 at the escalated price. Itys a clear marketing strategy from RO and one that will ultimately see then fail

I will never go back to Ro and I need to tell everyone what happened to me. I was with Ro for 5 months. It was $149 per month for the website membership (the doctor to sign off on the meds) and $299 for the lowest dose vial. My 5 months cost me $2,250 in cash through them all together. The first month the meds were effective. I didn't feel I needed to titrate up on dosage as it was $100 more per month for each stage. The second month the medicine seemed to barely work. The third month was worse. I certainly wasn't going to keep giving them money, but I was in the middle of a cross country move and stayed one more month. I cancelled the 4th month and they still charged me for the 5th and sent meds which still were not effective. I went somewhere else and shockingly the medicine works again. I don't even think they sent me active Zepbound or maybe it was expired. I don't know what happened, but I do NOT trust this organization and they financially harmed me and my family. Beware they may not even be sending your actual prescription while they try to milk as much money as humanly possible out of you before you wise up to what's going on.

I had a hard time anwering R's questions, I felt they were extrememly repetitive and that I was going in circles. The hold time to talk to a representative was long and the voice clarity once I got through was not clear. Also, most importantly they advertised the price as $89 but that was only the medication price, there is also a membership price of $89 as well, which doubles the price

My membership was changed without my knowledge or consent, resulting in additional charges that I did not authorize. My original membership was $199 per month, but it was changed to an $888 prepaid membership for 12 months without my approval. Here is a breakdown of the charges: September 3: $39 September 5: $149 October 3: $199 October 5: $888 When I contacted the company, I was told that I had switched my membership. However, I never requested or authorized this change, and the company has refused to issue a refund. What makes this even more confusing is that my membership management page states that I have 11 out of 12 prepaid months remaining. If I supposedly purchased 12 prepaid months, why does the company claim that I am short one month? I also already paid for September and another for October before the $888 charge was taken. The charges and membership details are inconsistent, and the company has failed to provide a clear explanation or resolve the issue. I believe I was charged for a membership change I never authorized, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and refusal to refund the money. Customers should not have to pay for membership changes they never agreed to. And now I'm stuck with them. I hate this company and would never suggest it to anyone else.

The cost was about 6 times more than your ads promise. I will be canceling after my first order that I already paid for is complete. Your ads are false advertising.
