I just started and am impressed at how Ro gives constant feedback throughout the process. Even when I messsed up my impressions I had support throughout the redo (they do a virtual meeting).

The ease of applying for and receiving help was the most astonishing thing for me. I have received my medication and have taken the first dose. The instructions on injections were easy to understand. The first dose was injected with easy little to no pain. So my journey has begun

I was really nervous at first to try a glp-1. I'm a recovering heroin addict so I wasn't sure if I could handle using a needle again. The care team made the process so simple that my fears quickly went away. This whole process from sign up to payment to getting the medication to taking the medication was all so simple. Everything is laid out for you on the website. The instructions were so easy to follow. I'm not sure if I've lost anything yet but they definitely set me up nicely to do so. Also, their customer service is great. They respond to you very quickly even tho they say a day or two it didn't even take an hour to get a response. They are extremely knowledgeable on what they are talking about... They know their stuff. I'm very happy with my subscription, my overall journey with RO and I highly recommend them.

What’s made my experience great I’m 47. I have tried everything from the salt trick to the the gummy‘s everything for over the past two years I just keep gaining weight. I could look at food and gain 10 pounds exercising eating right everything so I finally decided to Jump in with both feet. I don’t like needles at all, but I said OK. Let’s do this so far this has been my second week I am in total all of everything. The fact that I could ask a question and get a response immediately the fact that if I need to call I can and get help the fact if I just wanna ask a question. I have that ability to go in my phone and do that And the best thing overall is that I get a response. I don’t get a response in an hour and three days, I get a response immediately. also, this is the first thing in 2 1/2 years that has worked. I have paid money. I have been unsatisfied. I am not the one to send anything back. I just keep and keep trying. Tomorrow will be the day and yes, it is finally has arrived for me. I am. I’m excited. I’m excited to see what three months gives me. I’m excited to see what six months gives me I’m just so grateful that I finally found something that works for me.

Great experience, thus far. Site is user friendly, cost is reasonable, and meditation came fast .

This was an easy process and it was quick to get approved and I got my medication really quickly. Which means I’m that much closer to my goal, whereas before with other providers I felt unheard and brushed off. I’m ready to get back to my best version of myself and Ro is a huge part of why I can.

The side-effects were not nearly as bad as what I experienced with other weight loss injections. I will try your injections again, if I am allowed.
