The communication has been excellent. Responses are quicker than expected making for an easy time working with your company. The negative is the monthly cost of the “membership” Will this fee ever be eliminated or stop ? Thank you !

This service is fast and effective. My one criticism is needing to pay $145 a month to continue medication. Healthcare is expensive enough.

I was disappointed.I had to start with the lowest dose of Weygovy after being on the.7 dose before January, But i'm willing to give it a try. So far, your customer service has been great.

I appreciate the rapid response time. Some elements of the chatbox q & a were a little confusing. At one point it appeared I was to get a first month discount but was billed full price. Perhaps I missed a discount code.
