Took a month for them to send my prescription despite having my labs done in time and results back within a day. Then my pharmacy said they needed a prior authorization but the prescription didn’t have a return fax number. I messaged Ro twice about this. In the mean time I had to pay another months subscription though I hadn’t even started treatment yet. It took an additional two weeks to get a response stating they could not write the prior authorization because I’m not diagnosed with diabetes and that we could instead do Wegovy, however it would likely be another three months before this is in stock. Then they said they could give me credit once my pharmacy received the prescription until they are able to fill it so I wouldn’t have to pay the monthly fee. However they didn’t offer to do this before when I was waiting in a prior authorization for a prescription they couldn’t send me.

I went through most of what everyone else has… impressed at first, then doctor no-show.. it was made it and we moved forward. They took forever to sent the prescription to the pharmacy, but I eventually got it about 2 weeks in. I count myself lucky since they say it can take a month-lord only knows why. They were sure to only send my scale AFTER I paid for the second month as well—I guess that is my fault for not reading the small print. Now two month after starting paying AND receiving my meds they claim I can’t continue because I have federal employee insurance! I’ve never heard of anything even remotely like that. I pay for my insurance and there are no restrictions. I just called and verified it with the insurance company. Now I need to figure out my next step. This is absurd!

I paid $99 to be told I do not qualify. The doctor said he’d process a refund. Still waiting for my refund. I have disputed the charge on my bank account. I’ve reached out twice and was told another team member will contact me back. Absolutely wrong. I should have received a receipt for my refund. Nothing.
