I enjoyed the discrete packaging, the speed of delivery and the ease of ordering. The rx works amazing... and for a few days after. My only negative would be the taste. It reminds me of the cough medicine of our youth.

Although I have not spoken to anyone personally the communication between the website, the Dr.'s emails, and instructions on how to use the medication has been a breeze. So far I am extremely pleased w/Ro. This has been a great start to my journey. I have not receivedmy medication yet but as long as it comes when they say it will this has and will be a beautiful beginning of reaching goals to a healthier and better lifestyle!!

So far everything has been great. I just started this "journey" and have been nervous about starting any kind of GLP, but the people at Ro are very communicative and have been great about easing my anxious thinking about the process.
