I feel like this company is deceiving. They advertise a $150/mo price to get wagovy with the first month $100. But really that’s just for a “weight loss program” which entails little to nothing except access to a medical provider with questions. You still have to pay for the drug itself, costing $600/mo cash or try to go through insurance. On top of this the emails and text reminders are way off in what’s actually going on (you’ll get a text saying you haven’t filled something out when you have, an email about a new message that was there yesterday and already read, a text saying your script is ready, when it’s not, ect.) I felt scammed. I found other companies that were much easier to work with, and not going through one of them. I lost $175 (100 to start and 75 for labs) with this business and still never saw the medication. Be cautious!

In general the experience is ok, however a recent development with regards delivery instructions has left me somewhat jaded and disappointed. I updated my initial deliver instructions shortly after my first order. only to learn that the second delivery was mailed to the first addressed used. I have updated again and hopefully I will receive my product if not them I will no longer patronize your service any further and share my experience with my circle of friends and associates. I was not aware that I would be billed following a renewal of my subscription. This is very frustrating and given the unexpected and immediate significant debit from my account immediately after my check-in was complete makes me upset. This fact was not highlighted during my talk with the provider. Further, my account was previously on a refill by request and historically has been refilled on a monthly basis, but for some reason following my check-in I was charged for a 90-day refill. Again, these details were not discussed and is very upsetting and is not appreciated.

I use to have a good experience. However for the first time, I was forced to order 3 months supply at a time. I ordered the expedited next day shipping and 3 months supply for a very large amount which was charged immediately on the 16th of Oct. I did not receive my package on the 17th as promised so I reached out via email because that is the ONLY way they will respond. I was told give it 2 more days so I reached out on the 20th. I was told the status changed on the UPS site. This is where the customer service goes south. Instead of contacting UPS and hearing what I heard from UPS, they told me to wait until the 23rd and THEN RO will take a course of action. They failed to deliver what I ordered and all they had to do is make a phone call. I understand delivery may not be their mistake however NOT insuring the packages and NOT communicating with UPS is the issue. I have been ordering from there for 2 years and it is great when there are no problems. When there is a problem.... Good luck. $770 life lesson learned. They failed on their promise and customer service. I found another company that will deliver and is cheaper by 20% with free shipping.

Way too expensive... $3.33 a pill....I should have gone to Dives.com, 89¢ a pill, same script.

I paid for this order on 9/1, then asked to have it expedited. It is now 9/8 and the status is held. I have received no feedback or help, and there is not a number to call or someone to chat with.

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company. Other than the fairly quick response times on my emails, they did absolutely nothing to help me or help themselves. Utterly useless.
