Communication has been confusing and difficult. Also, I’ve asked numerous times to increase my dosage and no one responds. My prescription lapsed because no one confirmed my order.

Product doesn’t work any better than othe ED MEDS but, does cost significantly more. Will not refill.

Hey there- please reach out to your Ro-affiliated provider if the medications are working as expected for you. They would be happy to help! https://ro.co/my/messages/

Confusing- still haven’t talked to a human and all emails and messages… no discussion - very confused and anxious now. I just spent a lot of money for lab work that I question as it is way different than labs drawn last month from my doctor’s office. I expect a refund as I feel like I got scammed!

Hi there- lab work is included in the cost of your membership so you shouldn't be billed for it. I am reaching out to get more information from you to look into this.

Every time I interact with a “team member” it has been someone different. When I send a message it says I will have to wait up to 5 days for a response. I got frustrated and wanted a call about cancelling but account was cancelled. The next day I told them I did not want to cancel but was told although less than 24 hours I have to redo a whole health history and pay another $145.00. I have since texted with Dr Rooney who had approved and sent my medication. In the 2 plus weeks I have never dealt with the same person twice. It is very frustrating.

RO has not followed through with helping my wife fill her prescription and now it's going on for 2 months...but they are more than happy to keep stealing our money...

A complete waste of time. I was initially really excited. I got my blood work done after paying the $99 start up fee, and with the savings card promise of $25 for Wegovy or Zepbound, I was ready to go all in. Wrong. Ro takes forever to reply to messages and even though I thought I had done all of my research, I hit stumbling block after stumbling block. My Wegovy prescription did get sent to my pharmacy-only for my pharmacy to tell me no one in my area or even the state had it. People had been on a waiting list for 6 months. Ro doesn’t do pre-authorizations if your insurance doesn’t cover your meds either. My back up plan was Zepbound but after some more research, even with the savings card, I’d still be out $500 a month for these shots. I cancelled. For me, it’s easier to lose weight the conventional way. And it helps me to love my body a little more-and my wallet.

From what I have experienced they have been stellar but the testosterone support is a total scam. I have before during and after tests and my levels are low. 300 parts per mil low. I should be in the 700. That is why I give them such a low score

If you are using their Body Program in hopes of getting a GLP-1 prescription and need to go through the PA process with your insurance, in order to get an exception, they will lead you to believe that they have taken the steps to do that (without actually doing it) and try to push you to accept whatever they prescribe. They want the path of least resistance so they can collect their monthly fees. Also it will take a minimum of two days between each communication with the care team. At the rates they are charging, you can find a concierge practice in your area and get attentive, customized care which is the route I went. Glad I only gave them $99. If you have zero needs beyond signing up and accepting whatever they prescribe then this would probably work, but this is not true medical care.
