I ordered product on 8/12/26 and paid for it. Was told it would take 5-7 days after prescription was filled. Got a notification that on 8/13/26 my meds were received and were on their way. Today is 8/20/26 and got a notification that they would not be delivered until 8/24/26. Not what they promised before they got paid. Will not be ordering from RO again. Consider me a very unhappy ex customer. Would not recommend RO to anyone

Medication does not work for everyone. I got more information from AI than I did from any of the providers. Old saying “you get what you pay for” Seek other options

If I could give negative star I would. I canceled my prescription. However, I guess you have to cancel the membership as well. So they charged me $297.00 and will not refund! This is a joke of a company. BUYER BEWARE

Membership fees are outrageous and are pretty much hidden when you start a subscription for the drug. Signed up for a monthly subscription and they charged a full year membership for nearly $1,000. When I canceled my subscription because of the membership charge, they refused to refund the membership fees.

Way too expensive, almost 300 a month is wild. It also wasn’t clarified that the medication and subscription was separate. At least HIMS was more clear. Now I can’t get my money back.

I've been a customer for several years and have always kept extra meds held back in case of travel or shipment issues. I thought everything was going well until last week when I opened an older package to rotate the stock and it was completely EMPTY. I then opened the next month's package and it was missing one package. I never count what I've received upon delivery and just pull from the shipping package and this caused me to question just how many times I've been missing meds. I contacted customer service to inform them of these problems and to cut the story short, customer service doesn't seem to grasp the issue, pushed this around in circles, and it's become obvious no useful resolution seems to be forthcoming as they closed the request. Due to these issues I canceled my subscription and then their final resolution was to give an account credit of $72 that I'm unable to use. I just want others to know of my personal experience. Count your meds upon receipt, don't count on customer service if you need them, or avoid them as I plan to do going forward.
