I think of all the companies out there, Ro is the most personalized. In the beginning I answered something incorrectly, and it was flagged. I actually was glad to know that there is REALLY someone on the other end watching out for me. I have had some medical issues in my past, however they were many years ago and no longer an issue, but at least someone was really listening. Not just pushing a weight loss medication. Thank you!
