All good except password email confusion

The company response to me was quick, but I am just waiting for a response to tell me how to get going.

Up to now communication has been excellent. However, the medication emails said delivery last week. Now tracking says deliver on Tuesday despite the fact it is in a UPS facility 20 minutes away from me since yesterday. I understand it’s a holiday weekend and it’s beyond Ro’s control but this delay is disappointing

The process is easy but the delivery wait is too long after payment . It should be sent overnight or next day.

So far this company has been wonderful. It took me little time at all to get this started and approved.

So far so good. So happy they vouch for me in the insurance aspect of things, really relieving. Excited to see what’s to come.

So far, I haves received my prescription but have had good customer service. Will comment more when I have used the product,

The process was fast and easy to follow. Prescription was approved quick and messages explaining everything were very informative. The only thing is that you don't have an app for Android users, only for iOS which is unfortunate because there are many android users out there. Thank you
