The cost of my Semaglutide was never communicated to me until it was billed to my credit card. I paid $99 for the first month dosing of 0.25 mg. Which is a meaningless dose based on clinical weight loss data. And I was never prescribed the correct dose of 2.4 mg needed for weight loss. My first dose was 0.25 mg, then the next dose would have been 0.5 mg. I immediately canceled my plan when my credit card was billed for $299 for the 2nd month dose of 0.5 mg. These suboptimal doses were never communicated to me when I enrolled in the program. Furthermore, the supply of these drugs is limited, I could only get compounded Semaglutide, not the manufactured version Ozempic. And Mounjaro is currently not available due to supply limitations.

Hey there- patients on semaglutide start off on lower doses so they can adjust to the medications before titrating higher. It is the same for patients who are prescribed name brand medication as well. For additional questions, please reach out to [email protected].

On the program 6 months using the compound GLP-1med. Loss 40 lbs. 4 great months, 1 month, I reported the medicine had zero effect and was re-gaining weight and was given bogus assistance and was blamed for bad habits. The following month within minutes of my injection I was extremely ill. After a full month of a “placebo” and going to max dose it was horrible. Cancelled program - received no confirmation nor good bye. Was not happy with Ro fee and medication fees billed separately, plus on-boarding took 2 $199 fees prior to receiving first $650 compound. Only check-in at refill.

Hi there- I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. Many patients do not notice side effects or significant weight loss on the first month of a GLP-1 until they titrate up to a higher dose, which may be why you experienced side effects on your second month of medication.

You are charging too much for a medication that has in my opinion little effect. Perhaps the new mixture being offered will have greater potency. I'll try a sample but no more of the same.

Hi there- to switch to turn off auto-refills: 1. Log in to your Ro Account. 2. Click on the Care tab. 3. Scroll to the treatment plan that you would like to adjust. Please select the grey arrow at the right side of the white box to access the treatment plan's details. 4. Scroll down until you see the black Manage plan button. Please click the button, which will open a side window to the right side of your screen. 5. You will be prompted to either place an order or talk to your Ro-affiliated care provider. Instead, click on Continue to turn off auto-refills. If you would like to request a refund or have any billing questions, please reach out to [email protected].

They recently changed the appointment scheduling process. I have been using them for finasteride for 3 years, and previously they would schedule an annual video call with a provider which lasted 5-10 minutes to ensure that all was well and answer any questions. They now just do a phone call. I scheduled a call for a certain time and waited around for 20 minutes until I got a voicemail from the provider saying that their call went straight to voicemail and that they would try to call back. I immediately called the number back and waited on hold for 5 minutes until I got an email stating that the provider canceled the appointment and I would now have to reschedule. I sent a detailed message to their online chat describing what happened and received a message back stating "were sorry you experienced this. Have a great rest of your day" The prescribed product works, but the process they have in place to employ providers to prescribe and do check ups is not working. Very corporate America.

I wrote in an email that the semaglutide was not working the same as the Ozempic shots I had been previously mailed. In fact it didn't work at all yet you kept taking my money without following up with me.
