Ro made it simple and easy to get my medication. Answered a few questions spoke with my assigned doctor and got my medication a couple of days later.

So far it’s been very good service, but haven’t started medication yet it’s only been one day.

I am happy that I found Ro. It has worked really well for me. Ro interacted with my current insurance, provided great communication in the process and kept me informed of every step. There were libraries and videos to answer many questions that I may have had. When I did need to communicate directly it was quick response time. I am successfully down 44 pounds in the past 6 months.

So far the process was seamless. Questions were asked and answered appropriately. I am now waiting for my medicine and have been given what possible side effects to be watching for.
