So far things are going along at a good speed

I have only barely started the process, but so far my experience is positive. I have been contacted by physicians regarding my approval to receive weight loss medication. I am now awaiting the prescription to be delivered. The messages have been informative and helpful. I am disappointed that Ro does not have an app available for Android users yet, however.

So far, the medical and support staff have been very helpful and getting me started on my weight loss journey. I will have to check in a month to let you know it goes after the process.

So far, the process has been quite smooth and easy to understand. Communication has been fluid, and at one point I had to contact customer service, and their response was immediate.

I just turned 52, and am fighting my way through an identity crisis! What’s appropriate wardrobe wise, coming to terms with seeing my mother in my own reflection.(not a happy sight) Ro has helped me an incredible amount, as far as finding the person that I’m happy with seeing in my reflection.

Make it transparent. If advertised at $149/month, make sure it's stated, starting at that amount. My first month was $299. Maybe it is there in the fine print but I didn't know. I appreciate that the doctor asked me about my tachycardia and I know my PCP will watch it as well.
