I felt the marketing was very deceptive - I didn't realize when I joined that the cost of the prescription was not included. They should have made clear exactly what was and was not included before asking for your credit card information. However, when I requested a cancellation by email, they responded very quickly (within minutes!) and refunded my money immediately. They DO NOT answer questions by phone, only by email.

They are responsive. 2nd product. Only tried new product once. Jury is still out

This did help me a lot. I didn't feel the sugar spikes and shakes! I lost just enough to get me started on an exercise life change. I didn't feel any side effects but maybe a bit of stomach sourness at times. My only complaint was cost. Seems a bit much for getting people healthier.

I've been a customer for some years now and it seems like the service has gone down a notch. #1 they used to send shipments via 2 day shipping and now it's been scaled back to 1 week. #2. used to be able to contact someone right away via phone calls and now it's all through email which takes a few days to get a response.

150 for a prescription only. if they want you to go for test, you pay. GPL-1 meds not included, you pay. the 150 (each month) is just to fill out the forms and get a prescription. Other sites for a bit more, they send you the meds monthly and its all included. Bummer it isn't obvious until after you pay the initial fee. You can go to your regular doc and pay it once instead of every month. EDIT: upped to 3 stars because when i requested cancel they got right back to me and even refunded my money.

They charge you for nothing. Medical exams that you have to pay, try to get you covered by insurance. And if they do it, it results tjat tje medication is out of stock. Meanwhile, they are charging you 150 a month for nothing. The company really just want to take advantage of you and your health problems.

I was thinking about making a 3 star review but honestly after reading everything other have put I'm definitely sure I'm having the same issues. It's the communication. You have the option to message. But that really it. I asked what pharmacy my prescription was sent to and nothing. I checked for a number I couldn't find anything. This is very upsetting. I've been struggling with loosing weight and the impact it's having on me. To be kinda scammed into a $99 dollar deal, I just feel worse. I hope I get the opportunity to change this but Im not someone that wants waste money for a company to not get back to me. Update- maybe they got back to me late in the day to be determined. I'll give them the 3 for now

Ro was great the 1st month. I received my medication after the test in 1 day, which made the 600.00 a month for medication, and fee acceptable. I am supposed to start my "therapeutic" dose in 3 days and received a message my medication would be processed in 1-3 weeks, and they already charged my card 450.00. So, I will be off schedule for my medication for potentially weeks, and cannot get any communication from RO. I will be moving to a new provider. Update: Ro updated my schedule and I received my medication the day I was to take it. The problem lies in the communication, and customer messaging. It causes stress each month to know if I’ll get my medication on time. At 600/month, I expect better service. I will stick with Ro for now but on a month to month status to see how things go.
