I signed up for a$39 first month. Then was billed $199/ month before I even received medication. I emailed through the contact us tab and did not receive a response.

The membership is TOO EXPENSIVE, on top of the price for the meds itself. So long…farewell.

I have tried to cancel my shipment and get refund since I either didn’t read all the small print or u all misrepresented the cost. I am refusing payment so please do not ship.

I have used Ro in the past and had no issue with my medication (Wegovy pill) being prescribed, shipped and received. Most recently I resubscribed to the Ro membership plan to re-engage in the Wegovy pill medication routine. When initially prescribed by the clinician I did not agree with the lowest dosage 1 mg and asked for it to be changed to 4 mg. The clincian agreed; however, packaging had already began. I contacted support and asked that packaging be stopped until the 4 mg dosage was approved. After the dosage was approved I was still sent the 1 mg. I was given the run around and transferred back and forth between support and the clinician. After many attempts I was told that I had to ask for the mistake to be credited and for the new dosage be shipped. After the run around and many attempts to clarify that the mistake was on Ro's end, I gave up, cancelled any further memberships and medications.

Unclear on membership and medication prices. The per month charge isn't for the meds, it's for the membership. All support is AI. It's difficult to find what you need on the app when you want to ask a specific question. It gives you the options for what they want you to ask. Only good thing is that it's easy and convenient. Much more expensive than you're led to believe.
