Ease of use.

Ro was very easy to sign up for and is reasonably priced. I love how I can track my weight in my account too. It's nice to see my progress. They also have a great step-by-step video on how to administer the medication so it wasn't intimidating at all.They also have an interesting plan called "Eat More/Eat Less" Basically, you eat more unprocessed food and less processed food. Simple. If it comes out of a factory it's a no-go for me. Plus they recommend exercise which is important but nothing crazy, 30 minutes a day which, for me, working long hours at desk, I can squeeze in 15 minutes here, 15 there. Overall, I'm happy and look forward to meeting my goal.
