I had a positive experience getting through with my order. However, it would be a little helpful speaking to a live representative. There’s no contact information as to how you can reach a live person. There were some questions I prefer to speak to someone about instead of an AI.

The sign up process was quick and easy but the price was not clear. There is a membership fee and a medication fee. They make it seem like you get everything for one price. Nope. But I choose to proceed and paid for both. The meds shipped super fast so I could get started.

The sign up and questionnaire process is very easy. I thought the pricing was presented in an easy to understand format. I am paying months in advance to get better pricing, so hopefully it will make the cost of medication less impactful, month to month. My medication was packaged, shipped and delivered on time. I plan to stay with Ro for the duration of this journey.

So far so good in that the app or website is set up plainly and I can find any information I need. I just started taking the meds so can’t say anymore to that. Regarding how long it took to get to me, however, was longer than expected. Once the doctor prescribed my specific medication, I got an email confirmation saying it was sent to the pharmacy and to expect to receive the meds in 3 to 5 days. The pharmacy took four days just to fill it. All in all, I finally got the meds in 10 days.
