Started out great. Then they try to charge my credit card randomly to collect their $145 fee. I need to know exactly when this charge will occur as I am only paid once a week and do not have unlimited funds. Asked 3 times for a phone number to call customer service only to have those message wiped out once I’ve verified the questions were submitted. Maybe they have so much business they don’t care if they loose mine.

I ordered from here on May 19 fairly easy process and felt confident. After waiting for almost 2weeks and my order not arriving I was able to message them and see what was going on. So after 2 weeks. I finally got them. It’s been a pretty decent experience. Haven’t had the meds for a month yet so I’ll keep you posted.

I tried the product for three months. Seen no weight loss. I exercised every morning every evening and a healthy diet and still nothing. They were quick to ship, of course to take payment but none of that was a problem. Just the product did not work for me.

While the product is doing as advertised, I am unhappy knowing that the amount of gummies in each container are short of the 30 count they are supposed to be. This is the second shipment and just like on the first shipment the containers are short by 3 or 4 gummies, I believe is a way of making more money maybe??

I am very frustrated, I have been trying to contact someone at this company for over a week and haven't received a response! They were mailing my medicine thru UPS then they stopped the delivery and I haven't heard from them and there is NO phone number to contact them! Update: someone finally contacted me and I received the medicine a few days later. My only issue is you are paying a rather large fee to have support from a physician and it takes at least a week to get a response.

The dosage isn't par with other providers of the same product. It works after build up of maybe 6 days. For the price I wouldn't recommend. It's pricey for half the value . But I used it for 60 days so it takes awhile to catch on and realize it's designed to keep u dependent not to treat .

I loved using Latisse. My lashes looked full and long. But I couldn’t see paying the extra $145 just to be a part of RO. The didn’t have any consultation or personal contact like in telemedicine. Just took the $145 out of my account. It didn’t feel right. So I have short lashes now.
