I liked their product (Daily Rise)
I liked their product (Daily Rise), but their shipping is horrible and they have become unresponsive. So I took my business somewhere else.

The prescribed medication isn’t working so I will be discontinuing further shipments.

I'm giving them an extra star because for many months they were great. Ro can take WEEKS to respond. My medication was so delayed with communication that I am now on the lowest dose, after starting to taper off a month ago. So now I have to work back up, just to work back down with results. Dr. Taryn Spencer is my physician. I'm greatly disappointed by the team's acceptance of delivering subpar care due to poor communication. I don't expect much from a physician who works for this kind of company, but I'm surprised she was so flippant with the double reduction of the dose (which is due to poor care by her team). Don't expect competency or actual human interaction. Most messages seem automated. Their phone lines never accept calls, they don't respond to emails, and if you have *any* issues with insurance auth, you're screwed and still stuck with the $145 bill. The service is for desperate people, and they know it. So adjust expectations accordingly.

After 3 weeks, my pharmacy stated they still hadn't received a script from the provider. I emailed Ro and their automated email back said it could take up to 5 days for a response. I waited. Nothing. I emailed again and a couple days later, I got a response. The provider was very nice in her email, apologized for the lengthy delay, and said they were very understaffed and overwhelmed. I ended up canceling my subscription because in 3 weeks, I had received nothing. My pharmacy does have the medicine in stock ~ they just needed the script. I'll just end up getting this through my PCP provider instead. Just seems to be a waste of time and money.

Well, I will say it was oddly easy to cancel the body membership. It did seem odd that the body membership instantly ends when you choose cancel versus allow you access until the next renewal date. This seems like a deceptive business practice. Little value to the actual body membership at $145 monthly. I'll go elsewhere for my GLP1 without the BS fees.

They take forever and I went with a different company (measured) and almost immediately not even a week they have almost gotten me my medication with the prior authorization being done and everything. And it will be a week tomorrow so with Measured it's all done in less than 6 days. I was with ro for over a month and they never even got the prior authorization sent in. It was truly a waste of money and time and effort

I’ve requested a phone number so I can ask questions since they haven’t responded to the questions in my emails. I cannot find a number and they won’t provide one. I am very frustrated and ready to cancel.

Fractured care. I submitted an side effect and I received 5 different responses from 5 different levels of care. Not really sure if they where all qualified to their stated credentials.
