Easy communication and quickly handled

The entire process was smooth. The clinical team is awesome with communication. There are a few options as far as cost. I chose to go through my insurance, and they handled everything, from contacting my insurance company to pre-authorization. My pharmacy needed the script written a specific way to submit claims, and the Dr through Ro immediately handled that situation.
