Shipping was amazing, doctor's were excellent! Medication didn't work at all except the first 2 weeks and they didn't even try to go through my insurance which was (not happy) but ok with. The program fee is ridiculous!! It was confirmed useless. There was nothing that I used that for at all. Of course no refund on program even if you cancel the day of or day after your charged.

I went to Ro to try out GLP-1 products as they claim they offer a less-expensive product. I did the blood test at home and got results in one day, which was great! It all went downhill from there though. No medications were covered by my insurance. I was still willing to pay the low(ish) price for compounded semaglutide and the membership fee. However when I selected this option, I was then told it wasn't available in my state, California, and my next cheapest option would be $500 for medication plus the monthly fee, nearly double. I really feel like this was a bait and switch as I never would have gone through the trouble had I known there were no affordable options for me.

the pricing on their advertising was scammed! they said the subscription with the drug was 145 but at the end they thats only the subscription not included the drug..for the drug you have to pay 245 so bring ther total 400 a month.

I started the process 2 weeks ago and went the insurance route. Though it said the process could take weeks for approval and prior authorization it moved pretty quickly. Within 5 days I received notice that my prescription was sent to my pharmacy and would be ready within 2 days, maybe a little longer if the pharmacy has to order it. It has now been 10 days and my pharmacy has still not received my prescription and I’ve received no response from Ro.
