the cs chat reps are too eager to close the conversation and then you have to go through all the selection process again, very annoying and the insurance verification or cash pay isn't clearly indicated on the website or app.

I felt a little bait and switched on pricing. 1) it was never clear early on how prescription pricing was going to work. 2) When I submitted to move forward, the pricing was over 50% less than the pricing I was offered at checkout. Without explanation as to why my trizepitide went up from $145/mo to $299/mo Overall everything was easy, but the pricing piece was not clear and having to go through everything before getting clear pricing is also a big red flag. Makes me nervous to continue working with such a company. Definitely not building trust early on.

Everything about my first time using RO went well for two months. The exception, after two months my payment went from 145 pm to over three hundred pm. I knew this so I canceled my subscription after my second package arrived. My last weeks pen was defective and I contacted RO and Wegovy to see if I could get a replacement for the bad pen. Apparently, I need to pay the membership fee again before they can review my case. The reply was timely and my experience was satisfactory with the exception of the defective pen.

My card needs to be run again.

I was under the impression that the first month was zero dollars or $45 at the least and I was charged the full months price upfront so I didn’t like that but I’m looking forward to seeing if it actually works

Super confusing. Not sure what I’m paying for. Don’t think I’m understanding this program.
