Was charged $39 then charged an additional $149! My invoice shows the discount but I did not receive discount and paid full price plus $39. Ridiculous

It was not made clear that I was being charged $149 for a membership on top of the actual medication cost MONTHLY. Had i know this i wouldnt have gone through with it. But it says membership is non refundable, seems very suspicious that they dont make it clear and then dont offer a refund.

Wow. I feel so tricked. I had to “join” the membership only to find out the real “monthly “ price is based on prepayment. I can afford $100-150 a month for meds, but I can’t prepay $1200 to get the “$100” a month. You got me!! I was so excited I didn’t read the fine print. That’s on me. But this is a bait and switch. I am disgusted. You are preying on desperate people, like me. I want my hard earned $39 back. If I had received counseling from a real person instead of a bot, it would be reasonable to pay for that live person’s time. But this is designed to fool people. I want my money back because I didn’t receive any services.

The real price is $300, not $149 - I did not appreciate the bait and switch marketing tactics. They really do not give you a consultation. They have you fill out an AI generated survey, and then all of a sudden you start getting AI generated emails supposedly from a doctor saying that you're approved but never give you a consultation. That seems like a big liability to me. They bombard you with emails, you will get so many that it's difficult to understand what to pay attention to - all AI generated. They charged my card, but I am finding it impossible to determine in the app or website what the status of my order is. I don't know if I completed the process and it's being delivered or if there's more that I need to do. Overall a very poor experience.

I was charged $299.00 on October 1st. And $149.00 October 10th. It is now the 19th and still haven't received my order. How long does the process take and I also agreed to pay 1 year in advanced for $888.00 for a year. Also my payment went up from $299.00 to $399.00. And was under the assumption that it was only $39.00 a month for the subscription. Not $888.00 a year, that still comes to $79.00 a month.

I don’t think this is a true drug. I only have 20 pounds to lose. Started me out at 8, then 10. Had heartburn issues for 24 hours. Granted I do t have eating problems, I have menopause weight. I lost nothing in 6 weeks. Not. One. Pound. There is No One to ask questions. You just put in your weight and then say if you need to increase your dose. Horrible. Do not waste money.

Why was I charged the full $149 price for this product in addition to the $39 discounted price on offer for first time buyers? Kindly remove and reverse the $149 charge on my MC credit card ending in xxxx8600.
