So far so good. Just waiting now to see how long it takes to receive my approved meds

It was easy to complete application but a bit misleading. When I finished application it asked if I wanted to sign up for 3 months and the price would be $99 a month but when charged it was $ 149. Also asked for insurance and processed without checking if it was covered.

Everything went well and pretty quick seemed OK with me. Thank you very much.

The service was great, but they took the first fee which was $39 dollars special and then turned around and took another $149.00 out.

The app is challenging to navigate and I couldn’t find an email confirming my purchase until I did some digging. Other than this, it was quick, informative and easy!

I need to retract my initial 1 star and harsh review. I was just contacted by Ro and they have issued a refund. Taking a step back from being unable to cancel an automatic order that did not ship, I have to say Ro offer quality health products that you can be sure a safe and effective. Just be aware that you need to actively manage your subscriptions and the website is limited in your ability to cancel orders and you will have to contact customer support.
